“My passion and love for sports has seen a move into the sports industry, (in particular cricket )creating & developing sporting events and campaigns, managing relationships between sports professionals and their clients. This led me to conceptualise and develop the first ever T20 camps for the ICC Academy Dubai. In conjunction with the Azhar Mahmood Academy and the ICCA we executed these fantastic camps for their young Warriors program across the year to further engage children into the fast paced nature and skills of T20 cricket !

The offshoot to this became *FemGames* – A UK inspired sports initiative, bringing cricket into girls schools & deprived communities. Starting with Pakistan & the power of cricket, we aim to engage 100 girls schools within 5 years and implement a UK INSPIRED SPORTS curriculum into girls schools.

FemGames is a women empowerment project, very close to my heart, in encouraging girls development through sport by creating safe and healthy environments for them to participate in, in order to in-still life skills, encourage social interaction & improve their confidence & leadership qualities”.
